When you are ready to place an order for any book, click "Add to Cart" on the top line of the listing. Then to add your title to the Shopping Cart, click "Add X Book(s) to the Cart" at the bottom of the page. You can continue shopping or proceed to Checkout.
To review your Shopping Cart or Checkout at any time, click the "View Cart" button located at the bottom of the Inventory pages. Both New and Used books will appear on your Shopping Cart page. To delete items, just click the red "X." You can go back to shopping to add other titles or close the sale by clicking "Complete the Order." Fill in the form with your credit card information and three-digit V-code and e-mail to us. Shipping to the 48 contiguous states will be automatically calculated. Ohio sales tax will show 6.5% but residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their delivery location.

NEED TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
If you want to ship to a destination other than that shown on your order, simply send us a separate e-mail at the time you place your order to
depotsquarepub@fuse.net and give us the details. We will make the adjustment you require and send the receipt direct to you. A packing slip will
go in the box to its destination.
ADVANCED RESERVATIONS
We accept orders for most upcoming books through our Advanced Reservations Program provided. Simply contact us with your interests. No up-front payment or credit card information is needed. We will notify you when the title is available to complete the transaction.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Foreign orders must use a credit card, checks drawn on US banks, or international money orders in US funds. We do not maintain credit card numbers once an order is complete. Checks are subject to bank clearance prior to shipping your order.
SHIPPING
We ship daily, FOB Loveland, OH. New corrugated packaging is used in all cases except for odd sizes. All new books are shrink-wrapped. Titles are packed in bubble wrap or foam pellets.
Standard shipping is USPS Media Mail. Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx service is available at cost. All domestic packages have tracking codes which are followed to your destination.
Depot Square Publishing gladly ships to many foreign countries. Due to ever-changing US postal regulations and costs, contact us first through
e-mail about what it will cost to ship your order. All foreign orders are shipped FOB Loveland, OH. If you wish to insure your shipment, contact
us first. Once an international shipment is placed with the post office or another shipper, title transfers to the buyer. We have no means to
track the shipment. Although we carefully pack all orders for overseas shipment, we are not responsible for loss or damage on uninsured
international shipments. Insurance is available to certain countries. Please feel free to inquire about terms and rates. We do not use any
courier service for foreign shipments.
For the 48 contiguous states only:
Add $6.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional title. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and other countries, contact us first.
Ohio residents must add the appropriate sales tax for your delivery location.
OTHER TERMS
Of course, all books are subject to prior sale. Quantities may be limited to stock-on-hand. Used, consignment, clearance, and out-of-print books are sold on a first come, first served basis. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be different between our website, newsletter, or shows. Customers who order may receive periodic newsletters free of charge.
E-MAILS
If you contact us via e-mail, be sure to include "railroad books" or something similar in the subject line. Our mail filters automatically delete messages without a proper heading.
PRIVACY
We respect our customers' privacy. Depot Square Publishing maintains a database for our own use only. No customer information is shared with any other entity.
Depot Square Publishing does not maintain credit card numbers or V-codes. Credit card numbers and V-codes will not appear on your receipts or invoices. Hence customers will need to provide us with your credit card information with each order.
